Station 77 Groundbreaking took place on Friday July 26, 2002. Click here for Groundbreaking photos. The time line for the project was as follows:

• Ground Breaking - July 26, 2002
• Site Paved and Ground Work Done Including Utilities - October 1, 2002
• Structure Erected w/ Roof Complete December 1, 2002
• Final Completion of Station and Training (Drill) Tower April 30, 2003
