Fire Suppression

The Poulsbo Fire Department is a full service fire suppression agency providing firefighting services to the communities of Poulsbo, Keyport, Port Gamble, and surrounding unincorporated communities.  Our stations are staffed 24/7 with career firefighters, all of whom are trained at least to the level of Firefighter II.  Our career staff are supported by a dedicated group of volunteer firefighters, all of whom are trained at least to the level of Firefighter I.  Other good news, the District earned a WSRB Protection Class Rating of four.
